Wireless Utility Overview
The Wireless Utility will automatically launch whenever BearExtender is connected. BearExtender will then perform a scan of nearby networks and connect to the strongest open network.

Select a network from the list and click Connect. If your network does not appear in the list immediately, click Rescan.
If you would like to store a password as a Favorite Network, click here.
Once you are connected to a network, you can minimize or close the Wireless Utility window. Panther and Tiger users can minimize the Wireless Utility to the dock, while Leopard, Snow Leopard and Lion users can close the window.
To access the Wireless Utility again on Leopard, Snow Leopard or Lion, click the icon in the menubar.
To access the Wireless Utility again on Panther or Tiger, open your Applications folder, then double click USBWirelessUtility.
If you have trouble connecting to a network, see the Troubleshooting page.
